Summer School: Production Management for Do-It-Yourselfers

Summer school with 9 mandatory dates during the period from July 31 to August 16

This summer school in German spoken language provides the opportunity to look more closely at the goals and tasks of production management work and is aimed at artists and culture makers who have already carried out or worked on a publicly funded project and would like to acquire in-depth knowledge of the field of production management.

Using a model event, we will go through the various stages of the production process in 9 consecutive modules, talk about responsibility and boundaries and what it means in practice to be the interface between everyone. With thematic inputs and practical exercises as well as joint discussions, we will learn more about dealing with public funds and tips and tricks on how to creatively deal with the hurdles of funding law in practice.

Participants are required to bring their own laptops.
