How To: Founding a GbR vs. Founding a Verein

Do we found a GbR (Gesellschaft Bürgerliche Recht, or partnership under civil law) or a Verein (a registered association)? What legal form suits us better? What are the differences? What do we have to bear in mind? In this workshop, useful information and practical tips about founding a GbR and founding a Verein will be shared and individual questions will be answered.

In German spoken language, it is possible to ask questions and make comments using English spoken language.
