How To: Contract Law und Drafting

What contracts are generally concluded for freelance work? Is a contract always needed or are there alternatives? What has to be kept in mind when drafting a contract and what details should you be absolutely certain to lay out? Which clauses should you check carefully as a contract partner? In this workshop, basic information about contract law will be shared and individual questions will be answered.

In German spoken language, it is possible to ask questions and make comments using English spoken language.
