The topic of the costs and finance plan, that is, the budget of a project, is an important part of production planning from the very beginning. With this in mind, this workshop will focus on the topic of budgets: how do I properly estimate a fee, what rules do I have to keep in mind and what fees do I need to calculate? What additional cost factors do I need to keep an eye on?
